MIKE MORALES began his music career at the bright age of 17, Dj'ing at several clubs throughout Portugal.

 

His career soon gained momentum when he caught the eye of good friends Frank Maurel and Carlos Fauvrelle. He began working with them at their label Lajja Recordings and in the studio, where they formed the production project, "We R’ Portuguese Mafia".

 

His DJ Performances feature countries like Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, Japan, the United States, Canada, Israel and all over Portugal.

 

Mike’s productions have been released on Moomba Recordings, Lajja Recordings, Defected Records, and Stereo-Productions, and he has remixed artists like Sandy Rivera, Austin Leeds, John Creamer & Stephane K, Evolved and Chus & Ceballos.

 

Many worldwide acclaimed artists such as Oscar G, Tom Stephan (Superchumbo), DJ Behrouz, DJ Chus and Pablo Ceballos, Tedd Patterson, John Digweed, Carl Cox, That Kid Chris, Sasha, DJ Vibe, Victor Calderone and Danny Tenaglia have been playing his Music.

 

New projects, performances, collaborations and remixes are always in the works, including new original productions on Mike's label- MOOMBA RECORDINGS!
